Exercise!

Yes, of course exercise should be an important part of everyone's week but finding the time can sometimes be a challenge. My favorite form of exercise which doesn't interfere with spending time with my family...or my need for sleep...is to play some upbeat music on the radio and do some "silly dancing" with my kids! Great way to burn some calories and have a rip roarin' good time!
